We understand that between ordering and receiving an item, you may change your mind about it. All of our items are fully inspected before shipping for possible defects. If, for any reason, however, you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving the product and we will gladly arrange for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. To help avoid a potential return or exchange, feel free to call us during normal business hours with any questions you may have regarding the product.
Shipping & Handling Information
We ship using USPS and UPS.
Orders using ground shipping will usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
We do not offer Saturday delivery through our website. If you need Saturday delivery service, please call us at 440-655-4673.
Ground orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Orders using express shipping must be received by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time in order to be processed that day. (Monday - Friday Only) Express shipping may only be shipped to physical addresses. No PO Boxes.
When shipping to an APO, FPO or PO Box address you must use standard shipping which we will send via U.S. Postal Service.
Orders placed for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii must use the U.S. Postal Service.
We only ship to the United States. No International orders.
All orders are subject to credit card authorization before shipment will be processed.
- Regular shipping on all orders is $5.00. USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- 2-3 day shipping on all orders is $15.00
- Express Next Day delivery is $25.00
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy for returns and exchanges are that the item:
has not been worn and has remained in its original condition (with tags on, etc)
And, It has not been washed
Or: It is defective
**Please note that any items returned that have been washed and/or worn will not be accepted for credit unless defective and authorization was given by Hope & Humor. Any washed and/or worn items received without special authorization will be sent back to you at your expense for shipping.
Our Process for Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason we did not meet your expectations, please call us at 440-655-6473 for assistance. Your feedback and suggestions are valuable and we encourage you to share them with us.
If you choose to return any product we recommend insuring your shipment.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and precess your return or exchange. For returns, we’ll refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, you will be billed for shipping.
Our Process for Defective Items
Notify us via email, phone, fax, or mail of your concern to obtain a return authorization number.
Once your request is approved, please mail the product back to us. Please include a copy of the original invoice (if possible) and the return authorization along with any details that we should be aware of.
We will examine the defective item, and if the claim is true, an exchange or refund will be credited to you in the original payment.
